If it’s a technical issue, it will probably help us fix it if you can include as much information as possible about the browser (eg ‘Internet Explorer 7’ or ‘Firefox 3’) and your operating system (eg ‘Windows Vista’ or ‘Mac OS X 10.4’), in your mail.
