A battle is shaping up over the release of Scottish singer Susan Boyle’s debut album.

Boyle has told sources that she would like to debut the album, which comes out in late November, on the BBC radio show hosted by her idol, Broadway and West End musical legend Elaine Paige.

However, her boss Simon Cowell has plans for a high-profile launch, possibly on his UK talent show “ X Factor.”

Boyle has made no secret of her admiration for Paige, known for her association with Andrew Lloyd Webber and her role in his production of “ Sunset Boulevard.” She has said that Paige’s music kept her going through many difficult times her in her life.

“I have all her albums and love the way she uses every lyric to translate the story,” Boyle said.

Debuting the album on the radio show would be a way for Boyle to thank Paige for coming to see her live on a U.S. TV show, where the two finally met.

In any event, Paige will get an exclusive interview with Boyle, though it may not be the first one after the album is released.

I’ll put a thought I’ve had for some time into words here : Wouldn’t it be something to make a “Susa World Meeting” in a year or two?? Give it a thought, my friends. I think we are going to be more and more world citizen through our mutual bond to Susan - we can make world history together with Susan by our deeds - and I would sooo love to meet all of you. Maybe we could persuade Susan to be there too.
Yeah yeah - I know…...... but it’s free to dream a little, isn’t it ? Well - about a world meeting Im pretty serious.

Hello,

My name is Lisa Pully and I have been keeping track of Miss Susan Boyle’s YouTube Hits since July ‘09’. I first became fasinated by Miss Susan’s YouTube Hit numbers when I saw that they kept rising at a fast pace. I wanted for myself to see how many YouTube Hits I can find. Was I ever in for a treat after finding videos after videos of her Audition, Semi-Final and Final. Miss Susan was on the BGT Tour when I started my count. It was mind boggling but fasinating to me too!

I do this all by myself and I do it all by hand, the only thing I used the computer for is to look for the videos and hits. It takes me an average of 5-6 weeks of searching and digging my way through all the ‘goodie videos’.

The catergories of videos are divided up as follow: Audition, Semi-Final, Final, BGT Tour, Tribute Videos, News and Interviews, Other Songs Sung and Performances. Here are the numbers to date to mark Miss Susan’s One Year Anniversary.

We, as her adoring fans, are privileged to watch and enjoy each “baby step” as Susan Boyle enhances her reputation as World Famous Superstar. I am totally fascinated by all things Susan Boyle. I am daily summarizing the significant Susa-news and will post each week’s summary (Sunday to Saturday) each Sunday morning.
The Susa-news is noted by day and date within each week. Week #1 begins with the first week of July with the end of the Britain’s Got Talent Tour. Yesterday’s news is at the top with last Sunday’s at the bottom. Each news entry is numbered only for clarity, NOT for priority; there is an attempt at chronological order in a day’s list. In no way is this a complete compilation, but it is just my attempt to summarize the highlights of each day in the world of “SusanBoyleSuperStar”.

Hello Susan and susafans
To all Newbie’s out there, you will find this is a great site. All Susafans will welcome you. I am a newbie myself and I have contacted, and been e mailed by lovely people on the forum. from all around the world. I should point out though, instead of I, it should be We, I am verse and my cousin is drum. He leaves me to do all the posting on the forums, due to his own singing commitments There is a bond which seems to unite all Susan fans as you will find out.
Loneliness is no ones friend, was written when reading about Susan’s early years, before her dream came true, and some of the tough times she had, my cousin Drum set it to music. The song is out there in cyber space thanks to our Susafan friends who have been emailing it to each other. Its called “Everybody needs a Friend” see link below
